About the Role

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch] is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Sales Consultant to join its China team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Recruitment Strategy: Develop a comprehensive category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
  • Seller Recruitment and Support: Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types (small to medium-sized enterprises to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
  • Performance Monitoring and Consulting: Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
  • Project Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 1+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pipeline Management: Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Exceeding Sales Goals: Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
