Key Responsibilities:- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit, cross-launch, and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners to provide consulting advice to grow their business.
- Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.
- Work with teams within Amazon worldwide to drive product/program improvement by gathering feedback from CN selling partners during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
