Responsibilities:
  • Design next generation Parking System with active safety functions for the China market in collaboration with RD teams and suppliers
  • Evaluate and adapt use cases for China scenarios based on current hardware and software solutions
  • Understand and enhance MB Automated Parking strategy and technology
  • Lead technical assessment for Parking feature solutions
  • Collect and prepare specifications for China market and collaborate with RD teams in Germany
  • Track and comply with CN regulations, adapt product offerings as necessary
  • Work closely with HQ RD teams for RCTA/MSP/DAA validation
  • Develop and execute Acceptance test plan, lead bug fixes
  • Engage with HQ RD teams to grasp overall product strategy
  • Represent China topics in product development discussions
  • Provide China-specific inputs for Product Development activities
  • Understand future product details and plan for competency development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
  • Experience in vehicle ADAS fields, SOP experience, Parking active safety function development experience preferred
  • Knowledge in EE components, architecture design, automotive bus systems, and diagnostic tools
  • Self-responsible attitude, initiative, and intercultural communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within China and abroad
