About the SAP Internship Experience Program:

What you'll do:
  • Work in a scrum team to design and implement SAP analytics solutions leveraging SAP HANA
  • Assess data quality of our dashboard/asset deliveries with guidance from experienced peers
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Create and implement solutions within SAP HANA
  • Collaborate closely with business contacts, stakeholders, IT experts, and developers
  • Participate in innovation discussions and contribute to predictive analysis
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the team
What you bring:

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, persistent, and inquisitive. You enjoy working on impactful innovative projects and are fueled by continuous learning.

  • Proficient in database architecture and definitions
  • Skilled in database modeling, programming, and SQL scripting
  • Capable of providing detailed estimates for implementation
  • Excellent troubleshooting and resolution abilities
  • Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and understanding business users' needs
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Effective communication skills in English - both written and verbal
  • Experience in developing analytical solutions like dashboards or reports (desirable)
  • Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai
Meet your team:

The Support Experience Process & Innovation Office (SEPIO) within the Customer Interaction Solutions Organization (CIS) under the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions Organization (IES) assists SAP's customer support entities in managing their operations and delivering exceptional support experiences. Our responsibilities include harmonizing and innovating support infrastructure and procedures, offering project management expertise, and contributing to the data foundation and performance measurement capabilities.

You will be part of the Data Intelligence & Innovation team within the Support Data Governance & Experience team (SDGE) of SEPIO. This team focuses on delivering end-to-end analytical solutions to aid customers in the support domain and enabling performance evaluation by presenting superior analytical data representations.

Your input in providing advanced analytical solutions will facilitate business enablement for effective performance measurement and decision-making to steer the customer support operations.
