AD/ADAS HIL System/Simulation Engineer

Job Description
Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation or similar field.
- 5-7 years of experience in ADAS/AD HIL testing with hands-on experience in HIL bench integration, commissioning, and test execution.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for Model-based Development and embedded code generation.
- In-depth understanding of ADAS/AD sensors (Radar, Camera, LiDAR), signal conditioning, data acquisition electronics, and sensor modeling.
- Strong knowledge of L2/L2++ ADAS/AD features like AEB, LSS, ACC, LCC, HNP, UNP, etc.
- Familiarity with ADAS/AD standards and regulations, as well as testing methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle communication and diagnostic protocols such as CAN/CANFD, Ethernet, SOME/IP, LVDS, etc.
- Experience in HIL bench automation framework development and automation tools/scripting languages.
- Strong communication skills in English.

- Understanding of ASPICE process and experience with agile development.
- Proven experience in simulation toolchain development and programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Expertise with ASAM simulation standard and knowledge of Replay HIL development.
