The Role

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support screw feeder local engineering related activity, as main contact point between Division project team and ICAResponsible on screw feeding product in house testing and validationSupport field test activityProvide engineering and basic design idea to project team in divisionCollaborate with local sourcing team to speed up sourcing of prototype parts and supplier validationContinuously gather customer inputs on technical needs and coming changes in production environment e.g., by doing VoCs and customer visits with sales.Lead local adaptations for specific screw sizeHelp investigating on how our SW would integrate with MTB backend systems. So somekind of understanding of APIs and protocolsCoordinate cross functional team for different activities mentioned above

What we expect of you?

Education & Experience

Technical academic degree with mechanical engineering5 years mechanical design experience2~3 years application knowledge around automation in consumer electronics industryHands on experience on independently manage small development projectDesign or application expérience of screw-feederFamiliar with electronic product assembly process and screw feeding technology are highly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English speaking and writingBasic leadership skill to be able to drive cross functional team within project scopeGood communication skills with different stakeholders
