Location: Qiantan, Shanghai

The Position


• Office utilization optimization and office renovation project processing;

• Manage vendors/subordinates as needed;

• Office operation and facilities management; proactive to continue improve office operation to be operation excellence and house in order;

• Engage and influence with internal/external key stakeholders by effective communications;

• Organizing/support big internal/external event in the office;

• Office security and Emergency and crisis response;

• Other supports.

Qualifications


• Bachelor degree or above with major of business administration or facility management;

• 5 years or above experiences in office administration management in MNCs, experience of people management would be a plus;

• Hands-on project experience such as office relocation;

• Strong communication skill;

• Detail oriented, be capable of handling mixed works and complexity tasks;

• Structure thinking and talking, good presentation in professional way;


• Fluent English speaking and writing.
