About the SAP Internship Experience Program:

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global paid internship initiative that offers university students the chance to align their career paths with a sense of purpose.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop and implement SAP analytics solutions using SAP HANA
  • Ensure data quality of dashboard and asset deliveries under the guidance of experienced colleagues
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Model and deploy solutions within SAP HANA
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT experts, and developers
  • Engage in discussions on innovation topics and contribute to predictive analysis
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the team

What you bring:

  • Proactive, inquisitive, and resilient approach to work
  • Solid understanding of database architecture and programming, including SQL scripting
  • Capability to provide detailed estimates for implementations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for learning new technologies and meeting business requirements
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in developing analytical solutions like dashboards or reports (desirable)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Shanghai for at least 6 months

Meet your team:

The Support Experience Process & Innovation Office (SEPIO) within the Customer Interaction Solutions Organization (CIS) under the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions Organization (IES) supports SAP's customer support units to enhance their operations and deliver outstanding support experiences. Join the Data Intelligence & Innovation team in the Support Data Governance & Experience department (SDGE) of SEPIO to contribute to providing end-to-end analytical solutions for customer support and enabling performance measurements through advanced data representation.
