Job Overview:
  • Develop and implement strategies for commodities, suppliers, and parts/services

  • Lead competitive bid, negotiation, and contracting processes

Job Summary:

Responsible for optimal sourcing of assigned commodities. Lead the development of the global commodity strategy in collaboration with stakeholders to achieve goals. Manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, and work with various teams based on the global strategy.

Responsibility/Job Complexity:
  • Implement regional sub-commodity strategy
  • Drive continuous supplier base and cost improvement
  • Support procurement digitalization projects
  • Consolidate spending and lead saving projects
  • Ensure MRO process governance and compliance
  • Coordinate sub-region MRO buyers

Direction Received: stakeholder influence, supply chain or engineering background, negotiation skillset

Requirements:
