YOUR MISSION
  • Drive overall performance of corresponding regions, including comp, ST%, scale growth, MD and rolling inventory, hence building up OTB buying logic.
  • Build process to sell in assortment for customer during trade show.
  • Monitor and assist customer channel development. Regular meeting with regions to review channel pace.
  • Frequent travel to build solid relationship with customers, help to elevate retail performance.
  • Inspire accounts and team with his/her business insights.
  • Account Management / Account Relationships: Understand and participate in a consultative approach in managing and directing customers, via regular visit, meeting and catch-ups. Establish strong relationships with key customer employees, in order to influence and execute PUMA's account plans. Inspire customer follow Puma direction.
  • Team Success: Establish and foster a strong, collaborative, and efficient team with strong dedication and commitment.
  • Sales Planning and Management : Set target / KPI for account, and regularly track, ensure numbers are in line with fcst. Help to monitor, assess, and manage channel development, he/she should have rich negotiation experience with landlord.
  • Cross-functional communication :Apply retail intelligence and market sensing capabilities (Tracking, Analyzing, Advising) Seek x-functional cooperation with vm, ops, buying.. to seize account benefits
YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor degree; master degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years working experience in sales and retail experience in consumer
  • Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Adequate English skill in writing and oral
  • Effective cross-functional working relationship
  • Strong presentation skills (trade show, training, meeting)
  • Accomplish task independently
  • Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving. Able to understand complex business issues, find creative ways to solve problems, and make sound decisions that benefit PUMA
