Overview

This is MT Omnichannel CatMan to support China Omnichannel KA business growth.

The scope covers MT omni-channel (offline + online) business, including Snakcs, Cereals and Be & Cherry categories This role is to work with strategic NKA & RD customer to lead omnichannel category growth solutions as well as operation model through integrating omnichannel consumer attraction, conversion and loyalty program to drive offline+online PepsiCo brands and categories growth in terms of both size and profit. Initiate the CatMan projects with category growth solutions to help customer & PEP win & win in marketplace, being responsible for leading the negociation, sell in, execution and tracking to make sure joint-business plan was fully landed and excuted. Strengthen Pepsico Food's category leadership and keep close partnership with customers by continuous category optimization through close collaboration with customers' category/purchasing/store management team Develop new customers, in which PepsiCo can be the category captains to drive win-win business growth Responsibilities

Develop and implement insights based omnichannel category solutions with National Key Account and Regional Dominator customers to drive PepsiCo brands and category sizable and profitable growth and strengthen the partnership with customers via shopper-centric omni-channel creation

Expand Catman capability from physical stores to omnichannel scope, from product-led to shopper-led clutering solutions and from product operation to consumer operation growth strategy. Provide category development diagnosis via integrating category/market/shopper insight and retailers' sales performance Develop shopper centric category solutions, including redefining category scope, category development strategy, store profiling & segmentation, assortment planning, planogram design based on shopper decision tree, display design and promotion recommendations to improve shopper value through trading in, trading up and trading cross activation Lead the agenda of category solution execution, compliance tracking and review to deliver expected business results Address Omnichannel category growth opportunity like online navigation, occasion activation, membership management, etc. Lead the rollout of major category management initiatives to larger scope like mutli-channel NKA & RD through automated category management tools like catman / assortment optimizer / multiple touchpoints success driver Develop shopper centric selling story to support JBP design and delivery Support category management training to both MU organization and external customers to expanded the impact through more capable employees and build PepsiCo category management reputation in the industry. Qualifications Bachlors' degree qualified preferably in business management, statistics or marketing Advanced user of Excel VBA, Access and Powerpoint Good at data modeling like clustering, prediction and data tool like Python, SPSS usage is preferred Strong leadership to drive agenda Strong communication and presentation skills
