Macro Objectives:

Daily submit sales report before 11 AM, ensure systems sales figure be in line; Complete all stock adjustment transactions within 2 days with sufficient documentation to support and under adequate control, compliance with brand's policies; Assist to arrange yearly stock take, ensure all products of brands are timely counted within half day and variance adjustment updated into system within 1 day; Inventory and costing transactions are recorded in accordance with IFRS and statutory regulations; Perform monthly reconciliation between JDA, E-furture and U8.

Sub-Objectives:

Coordinate with cross function to clear long aging GIT and RTV in time. Resolve EDI issue to facilitate warehouse to complete goods receiving and create manual PO if necessary. Submit weekly store to store in transfer report, negative on hand report to brand and underline its potential problem;

Teamwork Objectives:

Work with MIS to solve JDA and E-future systems issues, ensure all of transactions correctly upload in system; Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales report according to requirement, to ensure business analysis base on accurate data;

Long-term Strategic Objectives:

Simplified and paperless process, help brands more productive focus on business; Keep efficient communication with brands, less communicate cost; More productive work, minimize manual work, reduce unnecessary overtime .

REQUIREMENTS

College or university graduate with major in accounting or finance is preferred; 0~2 years relevant finance assistant experience; Familiar with MS office Excel, etc; Easy going, hardworking and open-character; Excellence in both oral and written English
