This position plays a key role in transforming brand-focused strategies into tailored programs that deliver personalized action plans to our valued customers, resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes through:
- Crafting Activity Plans: Developing costed activity plans for regional markets and customers.
- Designing Engaging Activities: Ensuring the commercial viability aligns with brand strategy and market goals.
- Executing Activities: Handling message creation, sales engagement, collateral design, customer/channel selection, and ensuring excellence in execution.
- Leading Project Management: Taking ownership of end-to-end activities, coordinating business unit funding, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Aligning Customer Marketing Efforts: Collaborating with brand marketing and commercial teams to align initiatives with brand and market priorities during annual planning processes.
- Integrating In-Store Programs: Incorporating in-store programs into the overall brand media plan and strategy.
- Utilizing Consumer Insights: Developing shopper marketing initiatives that address specific market and retail partner needs effectively.
- Creating Differentiated Programs: Developing programs that set both the supplier and the retail partner apart from competitors.
- Providing Informative Programs: Creating intuitive programs that offer shoppers valuable information and education.
- Nurturing Relationships: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction, and successful execution of marketing programs.
- Supervising Agency Relationships: Managing BTL & Experiential agencies to drive optimal results and bring innovative ideas to the forefront.
- Implementing ROI Models: Using return on investment (ROI) models for promotions and special packs to monitor profitability effectively.
- Overseeing Brand POS & Inventory: Managing brand point-of-sale materials and inventory efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring key program executions closely to gather insights and push for ongoing enhancements.
- Enhancing Communication Touchpoints: Developing and delivering all relevant communication touchpoints for sales team execution.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Liquor or Wine Brand or Trade Marketing.
- FMCG sales background is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities to achieve business objectives.
- Strong project management and planning expertise.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Autonomous worker who can self-regulate workflow and approvals.
- Proficiency in managing agencies and $A&P budgets.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
