To this end, we are seekingan experienced Game Design Director who can join our team and help pave the waytowards our new goals.
About the positionThe 3 missions of the Design Department are:
Producers get the support they need from designers to finish their projects on time, with quality and within budget We create good conditions for designers to do their best job Designers are trained and grow so that it benefits both them and Virtuos游戏策划部有3个任务:
配合制作人按时按量及按预算完成项目 为游戏策划师提供良好的条件,以完成工作 培训和发展游戏策划师,以利于其自身及维塔士发展 Responsibilities Work with the Senior Design Manager to manage the Design Department Collaborate with the Executive Production team on setting up new projects Assign designers on projects, according to the project's specificities Support producers to set up design process on their projects Support design leads all along the project to achieve quality and maintain good working conditions Review deliveries to clients and improve when necessary. The Design Manager may be asked to punctually work low level Review project's quality and design team's performance; report to the Production team Evaluate designers' performances and give them personal objectives to improve their performance Organize training, best practices, instructions and other material to grow designers Collaborate with HR to recruit new designers 与资深游戏策划主管协作,共同管理游戏策划部门 与产品管理团队协作,提出项目新方案 根据项目特征,分配项目 项目中协助制作人,并提出设计过程 整个项目中协助游戏策划主管,按时按量完成工作 必要时,评估给客户的产品并提高其品质。有时给予游戏策划主管提高工作效率提示 评估产品质量及游戏策划团队表现;汇报给产品团队 评估游戏策划师表现,并给予他们个人目标,以提高其表现 组织培训,优化管理政策,方案及其他材料,以扩大游戏策划师的队伍 协助人事部,招聘新人 Qualifications At least 10 years in the Game Industry, in a design position All-around designer: has worked on systems, levels, with some experience in UI Basic art and code knowledge is a plus Must have shipped at least 2 titles as a lead designer Strong creative skills, can generate efficient ideas and communicate them Excellent communication skills, can listen, filter, summarize and explain to persons of various experience levels and cultures Strong organization skills, in particular time management Excellent leadership, team building and mentorship skills necessary Interest in Human Relations responsibilities and skills Genuine interest in people's career growth International experience a plus 至少有10年,游戏行业,策划师的经验 资深策划师:具备系统,关卡及些许UI经验 具备美术基础及游戏核心知识优先 作为主游戏策划师,至少有两个头衔 富有创造力,提出有效建议,并及时沟通 优秀的沟通技巧,聆听,删选,总结和解释不同经验和文化 优秀的管理技巧,尤其时间管理 具备优秀领导力,团队建设及指导技巧 对人事职责和技巧感兴趣 对人员职业发展感兴趣 有国外经验优先 #LI-DNI Position Name Game Design Director-
