Objective of Job

· Team section lead role in conducting AD Algorithm Architecture and Intgeration with the local AD project. Lead a team of Software Architects and Integrators for concept design and implementation.

· Cooperating between different local and global stakeholders, to ensure technical leading integration concept in market and meanwhile the compatibility and efficiency to MBOS architecture.

· Responsible for analyzing current System/SW architect, finding out the problems, and providing proposals & solutions on how to improve and optimize to achieve better performance & stability.

· Collect & Analysis the issues during system integration, assign the issue to proper owner and tracking on the problem progress.

· Participate in reviewing the development process, estimating the resource plan, assisting to project lead, defining development standards and performance requirements.

· Supervise and support team work progress, adjust task priorities, distribute workload, and ensure timely quality work, reporting to the Supervisor in regular basis.

· Support senior manager in team recruitment according to the business needs.

· Mentoring and coaching to team members, enhance team skills and capabilities.

· Prepare and participate in performance evaluations to ensure the team member's development.

Guide the team in addressing critical topics and issues, working closely with team members to devise effective solutions.

Lead ADAS Algorithm Architecture Concept Deign

§ Requirements and interface analysis

Cross Team E2E pipeline concept drafting& review

Lead Implementation and Integration Planning

· Integration concept drafting

· Milestone, Resource Planning for implementation and integration

· System optimization, scalability and extendibility defining and designing.

· Cross domain issue analysis and improvement solution providing

Collect & Analysis the issues during system integration, assign the issue to proper owner and tracking on the problem progress.

Development process improvement

Task Management

Monitoring status and progress of work and making day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities, obtaining assistance from Supervisor as needed; Estimating and reporting on expected time of work completion and maintaining work records; Distributing and balancing workload among employees and assuring timely accomplishment and quality of work

People Supervision & Team Development

Assisting Supervisor with daily people supervision tasks including but not limited to recruitment, attendance & leave management and Goal Agreement, Appraisal, and Feedback process; Providing necessary performance coaching and feedback to team members; Reporting to Supervisor on performance, progression and training needs of team members and on disciplinary issues Assisting Supervisor on Section Team employee survey follow-ups and team building topics

Training and Coaching to Team Members

Instructing team members in tasks and job techniques and making available written instructions and reference materials Giving on the job training to new team member; Improving team know-how, answering questions of team members on procedures, policies, directives, etc.; Qualifikationen

Education

· Master degree or above, major in computer engineering, information engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering or a related engineering field;

Experience

§ More than 5 years of Experience as System/ SW Architect or Integration Lead, in automotive industry;

More than 5 years of relevant work experience in in ADAS system

Knowledge

Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; have an in-depth understanding and insights into the development trends of automotive products and technologies Proficient knowledge on Automotive Operation System, e.g. Linux, QNX Proficient knowledge in CP and AP AutoSAR concept and toolchains Proficient knowledge in AD SW development process Good understanding on overall vehicle E/E architecture Good understanding in ADAS functional algorithm design and development Strong technical stack background on Multiple Functionality Domains Has teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude Fluent English, German is a plus BenefitsMit­arbeiter EventsFlexible Arbeits­zeit möglichHybrides Arbeiten möglichGesund­heits­maß­nahmenMobilitäts­angeboteMit­arbeiter­rabatte möglich
