The Position

Job Summary 职位概述 :

A highly responsible is required to optimize RDSL business process management, including but not limited to support global/region BPM project, set up RDSL process framework, set up RDSL DoA structure, to ensure the business process have appropriate risk control. She/he is also responsible for process continuous improvement最重要的职责是能积极优化罗氏诊断业务流程管理,包括但不局限于:支持集团/亚太业务流程管理项目,搭建公司业务流程的系统性框架平台,;搭建公司授权政策,以确保公司的流程管理得到适当的风险管控和持续的优化。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :

Set up RDSL process framework and DoA structure

搭建公司业务流程的系统性框架平台以及公司授权政策

Review business process flow & DoA periodically and make recommendations for improvement

定期审阅公司业务流程和部门授权政策,并提出改善建议

Lead End to End Process Optimization and collaborate with BA,IT & other related depts.

与业务、IT和其他相关部门合作,梳理端到端的流程

Lead SOP review across functional departments, implementation of best practices. Ensure the procedures are well maintained and in compliance with local, regional and global SOPs

支持和协调跨部门标准业务流程评审及优化,实现最佳实践,符合当地地区和全球标准业务流程规范

Provide professional insight into RDSL process harmonization ,standardization,simplification consider global & regional process trending

根据集团和亚太流程发展趋势,对RDSL流程协调、整合、简化提供专业建议

Optimize SOP processes, assist in drafting process flows and make recommendations for improvement

优化标准业务流程,协助起草流程并提出改善建议

Support new process design with the stakeholders as new business mode & Company strategy requirements.

根据公司策略和新业务模式要求,协助内部利益相关方制定新流程

Provide training in SOP process drafting and documentation for new business projects / cases for BA and other supporting functions

为业务部门和其他支持性部门负责的新项目提供标准业务流程起草流程等相关培训

Support global & Regional BPM initiative & Project,

支持集团和亚太流程管理团队倡议和项目,

Timely organize BPM related training for RDSL local staff

定期为公司员工组织BPM相关培训

Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, commercial or IT related

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin required

Project management skills

Cross-function leadership experience

Ability/experience in handling sensitive/complex matters in a confidential/professional manner/ Business & product knowledge

Strong data analysis/technical skills

Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience 工作经验 :

At least 12 years (5years for manager) of relevant experience required in public accounting / finance / IT or Project Management, experience with no less than 3 (2 years for manager) years on manager level must be with multinational companies.

至少12年 (业务流程管理经理5年)以上会计/财务/信息技术或项目管理相关经验, 3年(业务流程管理经理2年)以上跨国公司经理级别管理经验,

Good communication skill
