The Data Science Lead will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding the data science initiatives within the organization, focusing on leveraging AI capabilities to automate processes and enhance efficiency in the context of PH leading crypto exchange The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and expertise:
Requirements:
Advanced Knowledge of Machine Learning and NLP: Demonstrated proficiency in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning techniques, with hands-on experience in applying them to solve real-world problems.Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, coupled with experience in using popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Expertise in NLP Techniques: In-depth understanding of natural language processing techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text generation, with practical experience using NLP libraries and frameworks such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.Language Model Training: Experience in training and fine-tuning language models, such as Transformer and GPT architectures, for specific tasks like text generation, summarization, and question-answering.Data Handling and Model Optimization: Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets to build and optimize machine learning models.Integration of AI Capabilities: Ability to integrate AI capabilities, such as language models (e.g., ChatGPT), into applications and workflows to automate tasks like content creation, customer support, and data analysis.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and customer support, to understand their requirements and deliver automated solutions that meet their needs.Innovative Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions using AI and NLP technologies to address business challenges and opportunities.Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and finance domain, including market dynamics, trading strategies, and regulatory landscape, to effectively apply AI and automation in the context of a crypto exchange.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to effectively collaborate with team members across different functions.As the Data Science Leadyou will be responsible for leading data science projects, mentoring team members, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI-powered automation solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity within the organization.-
