Mapletree Associate Programme (MAP)

The Role

The Mapletree Associate Programme (MAP) provides an opportunity for recent graduates to enter the dynamic real estate sector with one of the industry-leading companies. This 24-month program is designed to enhance your functional and team skills through hands-on training. You will receive support in development and performance coaching to strengthen your competencies and knowledge.

Get ready to continuously challenge yourself, acquire new skills, and make meaningful contributions to your work teams. If you have a passion for a career in real estate but lack experience, this program is tailored for you. We value your enthusiasm and open-mindedness towards learning.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on your interests and qualifications, you will join one of the following tracks:

Business Track:
As a MAP in the Business Track, you'll explore real estate asset classes and witness various stages of an asset's life cycle. Career areas include Private Capital Management, Investment and Asset Management, and Portfolio Management.

Corporate Track:
As a MAP in the Corporate Track, you'll be part of business support teams that contribute to the overall Group's strategy, emphasizing good governance practices and business integrity. Career areas include Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, and Human Resources.

REIT Management Track:
You'll work with one of the four REITs sponsored by Mapletree. In this track, you'll be involved in real estate management activities, understanding how each function impacts the REIT's performance. Career areas include Investment and Asset Management, Marketing, Leasing, Investor Relations, and Property Management.

Development Track:
As a MAP in the Development Track, you'll be part of the Group Development Management Team. You'll gain insights into building development and how each development function contributes to completing a design project. Career areas include Design, Project Management, Design (M&E), and Quantity Surveyor.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Bachelor's degree graduates with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Honors from recognized academic institutions.
  • Passionate and interested in the real estate industry.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle challenges and new experiences.
  • Adaptable learners with critical thinking skills, willing to think creatively.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and uncertainties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
