Position Summary

This role will report to AP manager and involves reviewing and processing payment requests accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. It also includes handling accounting affairs related to payments, communicating with relevant teams and requesters, organizing finance training sessions for the community, and assisting in maintaining the Financial system.

The main responsibilities include:

Responsibility A (60%) Processing payment and accounting affairs

Payment Review and Process

In routine tasks every week, review and process payment requests such as reimbursements, vendor payments, and ad hoc payments, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures; Review and initiate vendor payments, coordinate with procurement team, buyers, and requestors, and work closely with the treasury team to ensure timely and accurate payments;

Accounting

Handle accounting matters related to payments, including expense accrual, reconciliation, and tax accounting treatment; Prepare monthly cash flow reports and reconcile accounts during monthly closing;

Responsibility B (30%) Communication, Training, and System maintenance

Respond to inquiries about payment applications, provide training, and collaborate with teams to maintain the finance system;

Responsibility C (10%) Administrative affairs

File vouchers promptly and assist with ad hoc tasks;

Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting, audit, finance, or business administration required; Professional Certificate preferred;

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in AP or similar function preferred;

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office tools, and multimedia platforms; Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin skills; Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
