Main Purpose of the role 岗位主要作用:

  • To cope with rapid business growth and expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager based in China. Key Accountabilities 关键责任:

  • Provide all-round administrative support and assistance to the GM in Greater China
  • 为大中华区的总经理提供全方位的行政支持与协助
  • Arrange, confirm and manage detailed calendars; schedule senior-level meetings, events and arrange all necessary logistics
  • 安排、确认并管理详细日程,安排高层会议、活动和必要的后勤工作
  • Handle business correspondences and confidential documents
  • 处理商业信函和机密文件
  • Lead and responsible for the visiting agenda for important global visitors, from agenda planning, accommodations arrangement, meeting support etc.
  • 领导并负责总部重要人士的到访,包括但不仅限于:行程安排、酒店住宿安排、会议支持等等。
  • Take minutes and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure action points are delivered on time

  • Support other senior executive team members when it is needed

  • Liaise with affiliated office staff at all levels in a professional manner

  • Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by management

  • Act as the key point of contact for handling inquiries from other PANDORA offices

Key Requirements 核心要求:

  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience in providing business support to the senior executives, with at least 3 years solid administrative experience as a PA/EA
  • 至少5年为高管提供业务支持的扎实经验,至少3年担任项目/执行助理的行政管理经验
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • 精通中英双语表达
  • Positive attitude and a pro-active approach to problem solving
