Mainly support to General Manager/ CEO of Stuart Weitzman China for daily working.

- Manage calendar online for the GM/ CEO China
- Organize correspondence including screening and answering phones, processing incoming mail, completing expense reports, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate regular updates with key staff members and internal business partners
- Coordinate trips/agenda for executive visits and prepare for meetings with external partners/visitors
- Coordinate business data collection as needed;
- Maintain updated records/information for all key external parties
- Assist in preparing speeches and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
- Assist Company Event and Workshop Meeting on logistic and planning

- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English and Mandarin.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience gained from a US multi-national company.
- Excellent communication ability both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to juggle numerous projects and understand priorities.
- Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness.
- Superior follow-through, detailed and customer service oriented.
