Responsible for activities related to supporting corporate and business needs. Activities include building operations, training, customer experince and more.

Delivers administrative support to an office, department, or an individual. Roles may include receptionists, administrative or executive assistants. May perform proof reading, expense tracking, scheduling, etc. Performs various office support duties.

Typical Capabilities
Scope: Supports large teams and/or mid-size or major projects/ programs/external customers.
Complexity: Works autonomously within established practices and procedures. Provides guidance, coaching, and direction for teammates.
Problem Solving: Solves complex problems with little or no precedent. Identifies and recommends process improvements
Knowledge & Skills: Has breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
