Mainly support to VPs for daily working.

Manage calendar online for the VPs. Organize correspondence including screening and answering phones, processing incoming mail, completing expense reports, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting preparation. Coordinate regular updates with key staff members and internal business partners Coordinate trips/agenda for executive visits and prepare for meetings with external partners/visitors Maintain updated records/information for all key external parties Assist in preparing speeches and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
