  • Efficiently manage online calendars for the VPs.
  • Handle various tasks such as screening calls, managing mail, processing expenses, invoices, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing for meetings.
  • Ensure regular communication updates with key team members and internal partners.
  • Coordinate schedules for executive visits and external meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of important external contacts.
  • Assist in creating engaging presentations and speeches using PowerPoint.
