Overview

Develop and manage the business of assigned ecomm-customer and thus find a model of assigned ecomm-customer operation.

Responsibilities

Work together with line manager to improve assigned ecomm-customer sales and market share based on shopper insights to drive account profitable & sustainable growth Work with E-TM to deliver revenue and volume targets for the E-Commerce channel by focusing on sales drivers (assortment, pricing, merchandising/ promotions) Support superior to negotiate the E-customers annual contract Monitor annual trade expenditure to help superior control the ROI Analyze and define the account growth opportunities, especially focus on C2B product, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making Work out customized promotions in assigned account aligned with Marketing & Trade Marketing strategy Pro-actively coordinate related departments for market information and support Communicate OOS tracking report with SOP relative colleagues Provide performance analysis and recommendations on assigned ecomm-customer Share knowledge and insights with relative departments to make dear of this E-channel Qualifications

College degree or above CET 4 or above Good at Word, Excel, Power Point At least 4 years work as Key Account management in FMCG Familiar with E-account key players in the market Strong planning, selling and negotiation skill Good communication skills
