Job Description

Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans for the company's packaging business.Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and adjust strategies to respond to market changes.Supervise and ensure the implementation of strategic planning, regularly evaluate effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.Lead and manage the daily operations of business, including supply chain management, production planning, quality control, etc.Coordinate cooperation with other departments (such as research and development, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth business processes.Work closely with the R&D team to drive innovation in packaging products to meet market demand and customer expectations.Expand new markets and customer resources, establish and maintain good customer relationships.Regularly organize customer visits to understand changes, improve customer satisfaction, promptly resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Develop and implement talent development plans, and provide career development planning suggestions for team members.Create a positive work atmosphere, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members.Develop and execute financial budgets and plans, Monitor financial indicators such as costs, revenue, and profits to ensure the achievement of financial goals.Identify and manage potential business risks, develop response measures, and reduce the impact of risks on the company. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above, preferred majors in packaging engineering, marketing, management, and related fields. More than 8 years of experience in the packaging industry, with at least 3 years of management experience.Familiar with regulations and standards in the packaging industry, with proficient insight of market trends and customer needs.Strong team management and communication skills, as well as excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.Fluent English in both written and oral.
