JOB PURPOSE通过你对产品以及带动卓越服务的热情,协助部门经理管理店铺主要销售区域。你将带领团队提供优质的顾客服务。与部门经理一起高效管理部门事务以及辅助更高领导层运营店铺。RESPONSIBILITIES协助部门经理带领团队提供高品质的客户服务确保部门团队提供给到所有顾客符合Burberry标准的服务体验,为此需要保证你的团队成员都完成所有培训促进部门各项销售指标,如转换率、销售业绩、客单数、客单价、顾客信息采集等在部门经理缺席时能够有效与相关部门沟通作为部门中熟知产品类别的专家及大使熟知最新的品牌广告与推广活动、新产品上市及优惠活动,并确保与团队沟通清楚利用CRM系统来发展和维护忠实客户,并帮助团队在每笔交易中取得最高质量的顾客信息确保员工熟悉产品知识以及熟知公司政策和流程推动线上班表并确保员工推动线上流程销售协助部门经理计划团队人员工作排布,确保能够时刻满足店铺客流需求协助员工招聘、入职、发展以及部门内人才保留协助部门经理执行月度员工发展计划以及年度评估向团队成员下达公司指示并作为模范榜样确保在处理店铺业务时可以时刻展现出符合Burberry领导层的适当行为举止牢记并带动公司文化以及核心价值 – 保护、探索、鼓舞PERSONAL PROFILE大专以上学历中英语表达流利,掌握基本的电脑操作掌握基本的财务知识5年或以上零售经验。具备品牌服装、服饰或相关行业销售经验为佳FOOTERBurberry作为一家提供公平就职机会的雇主,公正平等地对待每一位申请者,并仅以技能和经历的考核为标准进行招募。Posting Notes:
