Amazon Global Selling has been assisting individuals and businesses in boosting sales and expanding their customer base worldwide. Presently, over 50% of Amazon's total unit sales originate from third-party offerings.

The Global Selling team in China is tasked with enlisting local businesses to vend on Amazon's 19 foreign stores as well as aiding local sellers in prospering and expanding on the platform.

Our vision is to become the primary option for all kinds of Chinese businesses looking to venture into global markets.

Amazon is intensifying its Paid Service approach on a global scale, and we are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager for the Paid Education program. We seek someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is enthusiastic about crafting innovative business strategies.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of the Paid Education program through collaboration across various departments such as marketing, sales, and account management.
  • Actively explore new sales prospects by formulating effective business models, delving into fresh sales avenues, initiating business collaborations, and managing agencies.
  • Tailor and deliver presentations to meet clients' requirements; Negotiate contracts and secure agreements to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create sales projections, oversee and nurture a robust sales pipeline, provide in-depth reports on sales performance, and present actionable insights to enhance sales tactics and boost revenue.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in nurturing strategic relationships with corporations, clients, partners, and brand owners. Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking, and dynamic setting.
  • Skilled team player proficient in cross-functional cooperation, displaying teamwork and communication aptitudes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales or Business Development expertise in the ecommerce or tech sector.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain common objectives, showcasing robust teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and the capacity to devise strategies guided by data analysis and market insights.
  • Proficiency in project prioritization and multitasking management.
