Job Description:

1. Review various payment applications, raise questions about non-compliant expenses, estimate the company's cash flow, and arrange payment and receipt to ensure the normal operation of the company's cash flow.

2. Review the payment terms of relevant contracts, review the qualifications and payment terms of newly entered suppliers, and review credit insurance.

3. Ensure the accuracy of tax reports and customs declaration data and reduce relevant compliance risks.

4. Check the accuracy of financial accounting and report data to ensure that the data can accurately and truly reflect the company's operating performance.

5. Optimize the process settings between financial business departments, improve the financial process management within the department, thereby reducing potential risks and providing early warnings for potential financial risks.

Profile

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above

Have command of management skill, have more than five years independent accounting management experience in a medium-sized company , experience in managing a team of five or more people.

Accounting or financial major is preferred.

Have a strong learning ability, timely grasp the national policies, laws and regulations.

Strong cross-functional skills to effectively work with multiple colleagues, manage conflict, and achieve desired results.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
