Job Overview


TE Connectivity's Supply Chain team are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.

They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels.

They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.

Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework for supply chain management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data standards and policies. Report maintenance for AP SCM team.
  • Prepare analyses for product, demand, system and manufacturing characteristics for whole planning team
  • Ability to prepare data files by using the data collected from multiple sources
  • Streamline data preparation and processes for maximum automation
  • Support the modeling and creation of datasets to be then used for self-service dashboard reports. Have knowledge of used datasets to be able to provide guidance to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analyses and performance reports as needed
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate with and influence senior executive
  • Supply Chain Area tasks. support maintenance of central reports to cross function. Support SC team in SC performance improvements
Technical Skill

  • Business Analysist in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Advance Tableau
  • Experience with SQL
  • SAP - Mandatory. Good knowledge of IBP
  • Fluent in English
Education and Knowledge

  • 2-3 years' experience in end to end supply chain knowledge
  • Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Major in Supply Chain, Data science or Statistics is a plus
  • Good knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP-system.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills with cross function team.
