Job Overview

As a Supply Chain Planner at Molex, you will play a critical role in improving our supply chain operations by conducting data analysis and optimizing our network supply planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate plant capacity reports and rough-cut capacity planning reports to ensure accurate data analysis.
  • Update capacity category tracking reports to maintain a clear view of our supply chain performance.
  • Refine the bill of material per latest system settings to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Update plant POEE/OEE performance reports to track our supply chain's efficiency.
  • Identify low utilization and low profit work centers and work with the Production Management team to develop mitigation plans.
  • Update component and raw materials forecasts to ensure accurate supply planning.
  • Verify long-term FCST with Demand Planning and Production Management by product family.
  • Support the maintenance and update of material master data to ensure accurate supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with the Network Supply Planning and IT teams to develop Power BI reports for the supply planning team.
  • Collaborate with the IP/MPS/Production Planner/SCH Import Planner/Demand Planner to develop mid- and long-term constrained supply plans in Rapid Response.
  • Track KPIs and report on the supply chain's performance to ensure we are meeting our goals.
  • Synergize QAD and SAP system information to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor supply chain status and ensure timely interventions.

    Required Qualifications

    A minimum of 5 years of work experience with planning, customer service, or inventory management in an Automotive business as a Tier 1 supplier, with experience in supply chain integration projects.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in Power BI and Excel macros.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Supply chain project experience.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Excellent English skills in both oral and written communication.
    • Passion and proactivity in supply chain management.
    • Outstanding organizational ability.
    • Familiarity with supply chain processes.
