Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Molex team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. You will be responsible for conducting data analysis to improve our supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate plant capacity reports and rough-cut capacity planning reports to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Update capacity category tracking reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Rfine bill of material per latest system settings to maintain data accuracy.
  • Update plant POEE/OEE performance metrics to measure operational efficiency.
  • Identify low utilization and low profit work centers and collaborate with PMs to develop mitigation plans.
  • Update component and raw materials forecasts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify long-term forecasts with DP and PM teams by product family.
  • Support the development and maintenance of material master data to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with NSP/IP and IT teams to create power BI reports for the supply planning team.
  • Work closely with IP/MPS/Production planners/SCH import planners/Demand planners to develop mid-to-long-term constrained supply plans in Rapid Response.
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance to inform business decisions.
  • Synergize QAD and SAP system information to optimize processes.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor status and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, customer service, or inventory management in the Automotive industry as a Tier 1 supplier.
  • Experience with supply chain integration projects.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (Power BI & Excel Macros preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
  • Possession of passion, proactivity, and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
