Job Title: Logistics Optimization Specialist

Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our team at DSM in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our logistics operations to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize logistics processes.
  • Manage interactions with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve inventory management and reduce stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics optimization and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
