Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in shaping IT applications and solutions for L'Oréal China supply chain. The IT Ops Manager will lead IT projects, enhancements, and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with supply chain to forecast stock or order to cash processes, working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Manage overall business demands by arbitrating between business satisfaction and IT feasibility.
  • Manage full life cycle of projects, products, and demands to ensure high-quality delivery in a timely manner.
  • Continuously be accountable for the support of existing applications.
  • Manage external IT suppliers to implement and deliver solutions and services meeting business requirements.
  • C coordinate and integrate different contents and deliverables to ensure overall consistency and coherence of designed solutions.
  • E nsure the right level of service.
Requirements & Competences

The ideal candidate has more than 5 years of experience in IT supply chain projects, preferably in the FMCG industry.

  • Knowledge or project experience with SAP or other ERP system for supply chain processes.
  • Ability to manage relationships and work closely with teams from Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance & Controlling, and e-Commerce.
  • Good understanding of advanced IT solutions with hands-on implementation experience in supply chain applications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Project management, scoping, and prioritization skills to manage teams across various short-term and long-term project/products tasks.
  • Agile mindset and experience are preferred.
  • General understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
Estimated Salary:

€80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
