About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects for China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams across global and local units to drive structured decision-making and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute project strategies in alignment with global/local goals, overseeing project scope, schedule, risks, budget, and resources.
  • Communicate project progress, expectations, and metrics to key stakeholders, maintaining governance and ensuring seamless collaboration across global and China Supply Chain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within Supply Chain or planning, with strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset, detail-oriented with a sensitivity to numbers and metrics, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in MS Office; WMS, SAP, or Kinaxis experience a plus.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
