This role is responsible for regional level APAC all manufacturing site's operation finance consolidation.

Deeply work with all sites finance controllers to deliver high quality operation finance reports to global.

Description

Ensure all financial books and reporting are in full compliance to local and group's policies and guidelines
* Maintain high quality financial information and present them to BU and local management team in a meaningful and effective manner
* Take lead in periodic forecast and annual budget cycle
* Analyse and monitor sites performance indicators, and support the BU and local management teams to drive profitable growth and cash generation
* Drive production cost and process efficiencies, including but not limited to cost and working capital.
* Review, challenge and closely monitor all capital investment, to ensure payback of all investments are materialized.
* Identify and highlight business risks, and take steps to mitigate them effectively
* Support the BU and local management teams in developing and executing strategic plans
* Instill strong internal controls and ensure that the company operates with full compliance to local regulations and group's compliance directives and guidelines.
* Collaborate with functional teams to drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity
* Support the business in key contract and agreement reviews, and work with respective stakeholders to protect the company's interest.
* Drive and execute Group / BA / BU's initiatives

Profile

  • University degrees in business or finance
  • Over 8 years of relevant work experience with good track record(s) in manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in complex, multi-cultural, international business environments
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems
