​Industry Research Manager – Energy Components Manufacturer – Shanghai

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to offer a compelling opportunity for an Industry Research Manager to join a leading Energy Components Manufacturer based in Shanghai. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to spearhead research initiatives that drive innovation and maintain our client's competitive edge in the market.

Role Overview:

  • Lead the industry research team in conducting detailed market analysis, competitive research, and technology trends within the energy components sector.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies and data collection techniques to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Collaborate with product development and strategic planning teams to translate research findings into actionable insights and product strategies.
  • Manage the preparation of research reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting market trends, potential opportunities, and industry forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry experts, research institutions, and other key stakeholders to enhance information gathering and validation processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record as a Research Manager or similar role, ideally within the energy, manufacturing, or related technical fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of research methodologies and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of leading multiple research projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in presenting complex data in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a PhD or additional research qualifications would be an advantage.
