Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Responsible for brand strategy, portfolio management and brand building
  • Responsible for P&L and overall consumer marketing budget, develop a clear monitoring/tracking system to evaluate the ROI of marketing spending.
  • Key member of the task force working with strategy Planning, NPD, insights to form an aligned NPD pipeline to further fuel MND future growth.
  • Directly involved and actively engage with all aspects relating to brand marketing, including budgeting, demand forecasting, Sales, CRM team for effective implementation of MKT programs.
  • Builds a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers & customers insight and behaviors via effective research and turn it into growth opportunities.
  • Coach and develop brand owners to work independently on marketing plan development and execution

REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:

  • 10+ FMCG industry experience is needed
  • Experience in consulting agency or creative agency is a plus

Position experiences:

  • With at least 8 years proven brand activiation experience
  • Experience of launching new brand is preferred
  • Has solid team management experience

Language Skills:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written of Chinese and English

Computer Skills:

  • Familiar usage of Microsoft Office Software;

Mobility:

  • 20% of time will be on business trip

Certificate Required:

  • Not specially required; MBA/EMBA is an advantage
