Description:

  • 参与本省区营销战役设计,制定所在城市群的区域销售计划,同时负责植保及生物制剂产品的销售,完成预定销售目标,促进业务增长,持续提升业务质量。
  • 负责所在城市群中三级渠道模式(C0模式)的县级经销商的开发和管理。利用数字化工具管理城市群区域中的核心县级经销商,促进产品分销。
  • 协助省区经理落地渠道扁平化战略(RTM),开发并管理城市群中的扁平化客户(C1客户),推动业务增长。
  • 负责城市群区域中重要星伙伴门店管理,组织推进相关销售活动。高效完成门店拜访计划,跟进进销存状态,落实产品组合方案,提高零售商网络覆盖,提升门店业绩。
  • 通过数字化工具协调指导(奥维斯、赢迪)业务代表开展销售活动服务,使该区域的销售计划在零售和农户端得以顺利开展并落地执行。

Qualifications

  • 3年以上农化行业相关经验,并具生物制剂销售相关经验者为佳。
  • 具有良好的业务规划能力,能统筹并执行销售策略。
  • 能够与经销商、零售店建立有影响力的合作关系,落实销售活动。
  • 具有优秀的市场及客户开发能力。
  • 熟练掌握公司数字化工具,能够以创新赋能业务管理。
  • 具有良好的沟通及协调能力。
