Sr. Quality Engineer

Purpose:
- Lead Quality engineers to improve product manufacture process and provide technical support to control product quality meet customer requirement.
Your role:
- Take part in process improvement activity to control Finished Goods internal rejects matching the annual target.
- Perform marketing return analysis to reach the goal of major product field return down continually.
- Lead Quality engineers to execute validation on time for new/repaired Mold or other new equipment and ensure the mold/equipment can be used in production with good quality.
- Provide technical support and methods to assist assembly line control product quality meet customer requirement and reduce quality cost;
- Sustain Process change (ECR/ECN) and ensure all related documents or samples are correct during the change.
- Follow up new product and confirm all quality requirement were identified and met before mass production.
- Lead and solve any quality issue that feedback from customer or internal, and verify the corrective and preventive actions must be effective.
You're the right fit if:
- Education: Bachelor or equivalent
- Experience: 5 years+ work experience in quality or Engineering Field.
- Competency and Skills:
- Understand ISO13485/ FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR, MHLW, ANVISA GMP (Brazil) and can use different QC tools
- Good Chinese and English Skill
- Positive & good communication skills
