As a Demand Planner for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to gather demand information and ensure agile responses to market changes at various levels.

Your responsibilities
  • Conducting local S&OP meetings to address demand, capacity, supply, and inventory issues promptly
  • Providing visibility on demand across different time horizons and developing strategic plans to support business growth
  • Managing capacity for manufacturing and outsourcing, generating production plans
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to enhance customer relationships and address market trends
  • Training and coaching demand planners to improve forecasting processes and maintain optimal inventory levels
Your background
  • University graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Over 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Marketing, Sales, or Supply Planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and MES
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and goal-oriented skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and good command of English
