Job Summary:

• Due to the specialized nature of the work must be able to work in local language—Mandarin as well as fluent English. While this will affect ASPAC, LATAM, and EMEA, Asia will be first with China being near term and largest focus.

• This is a GXP program and since there is a base of US + China and a global squad. KT will be provided by a US based Product Analyst who will be replaced as shift from US to China aspect of product. This is a year over year initiative as additional countries and regions will occur.

• The successful incumbent should be located in Shanghai or Beijing and able to travel between the locations noted below as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Needs analysis: Communicate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs and ensure project objectives are aligned with company strategy.
2. Process optimization: Evaluate existing business processes, identify bottlenecks and improvement points, and propose optimization solutions.
3. Project management: Assist the project manager in planning and monitoring the project progress to ensure that the project is completed on time and in good quality.
4. Data management: Collect and analyze business data and provide decisive support to help companies understand market trends and customer needs.
5. Risk management: identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
6. Quality assurance: Participate in the establishment and maintenance of quality management system to ensure that products and services meet industry standards and regulations.
7. Communication and coordination: as a bridge between the parties, to ensure the accurate transmission of information and effective

Job Requirement:

• Strong logical thinking and analytical ability, able to extract valuable information from complex data.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.

• Familiar with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or PMP.

• Fluent Mandarin: read, write, speak

• Fluent English: read, write, speak

• Manufacturing/Distribution and an understanding of ERP/SAP

• Strong Communication and Facilitation

Nice to have:

• Regulatory knowledge: Understanding of regulations and standards related to medical devices, such as FDA, CE, 1SO, etc.

• Technical background: Have a certain understanding of the technical principles and applications of medical devices, and can effectively communicate with the R&D team.
