Public Area Manager 公共区域经理

- Regularly monitor and oversee all public areas and staff activities.
- Coordinate with other department managers to schedule general cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist in the planned maintenance of guestroom carpets and marble.
- Report and follow up on damages for immediate repairs.
- Check functionality and cleanliness of equipment.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness, especially for VIP functions.
- Train and supervise employees on proper chemical usage.
- Maintain a clean and tidy public area storeroom with necessary supplies.
- Manage daily work arrangements, administrative tasks, and employee development.
- Effectively control costs and respond to emergencies.
- Maintain good communication between departments and deliver high-quality service.
- Enhance pest control measures throughout the hotel.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a related supervisory role or 2 years as an Assistant Manager.
- Knowledge of public area operations and cleaning practices.
- Leadership skills to guide subordinate staff members.
- Physically fit to manage long work hours.
- Effective communication and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to understand basic English for business purposes.
