Amazon is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and customer-obsessed Program Manager to join the Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) team and drive 3PL vendor performance on warehouse operations management across inbound, inventory and outbound management process.

As the AGL PM, you will drive planning and execution of strategic export operations initiatives enabling optimal cost, speed, and quality. Collaborating cross-functionally with 3rd Party Vendors, Global Selling product teams, and transportation providers, you will own the planning to meet and exceed service level agreements, key performance indicators, and cost targets. This encompasses aligning on expansion projects of fulfillment center, as well as identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve third party performance. As programs/initiatives have influence over multiple teams and their leaders, you will build consensus across multiple stakeholders on program objectives. Success in this role requires supply chain and international logistics experience enabling management of initiatives, strategic thinking to improve end-to-end operations to manage complex initiatives, as well as your ability to influence and persuade leaders to support your recommendations. As a key member of the team, you will have goals set around the continuous improvement of our import processes in the region.

Key job responsibilities


• Be the primary contact on 3PL FC exceptional handling from Amazon side


• Aligning on projects with each stakeholders and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve third-party performance.


• Continuously improving export processes through data analysis and process optimization.


• Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics and providing actionable insights.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.


• Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness.


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international logistics.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
