Job Description

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Provide reliable and accurate reports, analyses and recommendations to senior business leaders to support decision making, proactively provide fact-based insights and analytics programs to address strategic and tactical business needs.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, SFE, Business Team etc., and external vendors to delivery KPI metrics analysis including static slides and spreadsheets as well as interactive, live dashboards using an array of tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.
  • Refine, upgrade and maintain existing BI platform based on business need to serve different channel & different target group

Secondary Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaborations.
  • Above 5 years' experience in consulting, analytical or strategic related role
  • Proven working experience from pharmaceutical industry on BI solution or data analysis is preferred.
  • Experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc is a plus
