In the department of CMI, L'Oréal is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Manager. As a Manager, your main responsibilities are:
  • Build a strong market data expertise to anticipate market shifts and foster innovation opportunities.
  • Lead the analytical decoding of market trends and new beauty territories.
  • Organize strategic watch and promote market shifts to impact innovation strategy.
  • Decode market trends by category, benefit, and product type for R&I vision.
  • Provide Regional Competition Analysis of North Asia.
  • Empower data capability of China R&I and NA DI team.
  • Synthesize and consolidate market data for internal clients.
  • Design data methodology to ensure consistency and sufficiency.
To succeed in this position, you have:
  • Education background.
  • Required professional experience.
  • Mandatory technical skills and Nice to have technical skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Key Skills Required: Can generate and deploy market insights, influence strategic decisions, and have advanced analytical skills.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field, years of relevant market insight experience.
  • Genuine interest & curiosity for beauty with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Experience in data insights in Nielsen/Kantar or in FMCG preferred.
