About the role

The purpose of this role is to support the National Account Manager in driving sales growth and expanding market share within the travel retail sector. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and training plan. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for store BA management.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including airlines, duty-free operators, and other travel retail outlets. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches. Training and motivating BA/sales teams to maximize their effectiveness in driving sales within the travel retail channel. Conducting wine training session for clients or their staff. Developing and implementing training programs and educational initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.

About you

Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 3+ years Sales / Assistant management experience Strong collaboration and influencing skills Results oriented Excellent evaluative, analytical, and interpretive skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Mobile Wine certification preferred Global Travel Retail experience preferred Strong planning and organisational skills Strong adaption to new environment
