Sales Enablement Manager

This role efficiently oversees order fulfilment operations in Asia, ensuring customer expectations are met while meeting revenue commitments. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Sales Enablement, you will play a crucial role in identifying and bridging gaps in order fulfilment and sales plans by coordinating with internal stakeholders. You will lead projects to enhance process and management systems to address recurring challenges in the order to cash process.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, coordinate, and communicate sales plans weekly utilizing the Order Tracker tool to link various departments for timely order fulfilment and revenue goals achievementPropose and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks in sales plansSupport sales by managing regional dashboards and KPIs highlighting operational issuesEnsure alignment across the business, report regional requirements, and communicate changes to leadersMaintain pricing tables for SAP Sales Organizations, ensuring accuracy and complianceContribute to increased revenue through effective execution impacting global audit resultsAssist sales with data requests, CRM training, and system improvement projectsLead projects on CRM adoption, SAP tools, and sales effectiveness enhancementsParticipate in process improvement sessions, train Salesforce users, and contribute to global and regional meetingsSupport various projects as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical or business fieldProficiency in English, both spoken and written7+ years experience in sales support, order fulfilment, or relevant business areasProven skills in business process improvementUnderstanding of sales cycle processes and ability to influence for business resultsProficiency in Salesforce CRM, SAP Order to Cash, Business Analytics, and Microsoft ExcelPreferred experience in chemical or manufacturing industries, multicultural environments, and working in different time zonesPrevious involvement with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing organizationsPreferred CompetenciesProactive problem resolverDetail-oriented with a sense of urgencyEffective under pressure and in ambiguous conditionsAbility to lead in a matrix organizationIntellectual curiosity and passion for process improvementStrong analytical and communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills-
