Responsibility:

  • In align with short term and long-term business goals, responsible for business planning and strategy execution, driving business growth in HID Market.
  • Work closely with Marketing and the business unit leadership to determine adequate and robust marketing actions to support sales.
  • Create and execute sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of HID offerings and key differentiators from our competition.
  • Lead HID China sales team through role model leadership, proactive performance management and coaching, and focused engagement to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Manage the strategic direction for HID China; Lead the sales team to drive sales strategies to meet plan and expand business; Ensure team maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Provide oversight of accurate quarterly revenue forecasts and budget related to new business at each customer and take strategic action.
  • Show initiative to develop programs to drive growth in any economic condition.
  • Facilitate employee development including defining annual goals, objectives within assigned territories and targets, and career development activities.
  • Set Vision for the team and enable overachievement and success of sales goals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years selling experience; industry sales and channel management background is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor or Master majoring in industry-specific experience, preferably in the experience from related Life Science industries
  • Fluency in English is preferred and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with influencing skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure
