The Global Logistics Revenue Management team is dedicated to fostering a balance between growth and profitability, prioritizing long-term customer value and financial well-being.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to spearhead our Market Intelligence engine. This role involves developing industry benchmarks, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing metrics design.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customers to refine the quantitative metrics you create.

Moreover, you will collaborate with Finance and global teams to enhance the customer experience and boost profitability by understanding cost drivers and making necessary adjustments.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, utilizes data to articulate arguments, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to deliver in a fast-paced setting.

Strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence, and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience
  • Problem-solving skills in tight schedule environments
  • Experience in utilizing data for improvements
  • Ownership of program strategy and delivery
  • Experience in process standardization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree, or MBA in related field
  • Ability to excel in ambiguous environments with attention to detail

Compensation:

Compensation varies based on location and factors like knowledge and experience, ranging from $110,700 to $206,000 annually.

Amazon offers a total compensation package which may include equity and additional benefits.
